Steven Anastasi
Vice President of Operations
An experienced
professional with an extensive background in developing and managing
organizations, Steve brings 18 years of staffing industry experience
to his position as Vice President of Operations at MicroTech
Staffing Group. During his 15 years at TAC Worldwide Companies,
Steve was successful in many roles, including: Regional Vice President
for a $90 million region with consultants specializing in IT,
engineering and manufacturing; and Vice President for the National
Delivery, Recruiting and Operations organization. He also held
multiple regional and branch management positions specializing
in IT and SW engineering. In addition, Steve has served as Vice
President and COO for a Boston-based technical staffing and consulting
firm, where he oversaw account expansion, recruitment, staff development,
operations and P&L management. A
graduate of Thayer Academy in Braintree, Mass. and Bentley College
in Waltham, Mass., Steve remains active in alumni affairs. He
is currently Senior Vice President of the Alumni Association at
Bentley, and has served as Director of the Alumni Association,
and Chairman of the Alumni Services Committee. He is currently
an active member of the Bentley Executive Club.
