JEZ STAFFING GROUP OPENS IN ATLANTA

JEZ Staffing Group, an Atlanta-based temporary staffing agency specializing
in engineering, IT placements and accounting, has announced the opening
of its office on Town Park Drive in Atlanta. .
Owned and operated
by Michael Kilgore, an East Tennessee native who has worked in the
field of temporary staffing since 1994, JEZ Staffing Group will specialize
in providing skilled workers for local firms in need of temporary
or permanent help.
“In today’s
market the majority of staffing firms only care about bottom line
margin and nothing else,” said Kilgore. They see their internal
sales/recruiter force as an expendable resource they use to build
their own business and then perform an expense swap when they are
making too much money or the client has become an established vendor.
This churn and burn mentally of many staffing agencies seriously hinders
client and temporary employee customer service. My goal is to fill
a void in the local staffing industry by focusing more on the needs
of clients and contract employees, which has become lost in this business.
I believe in old school recruiting—you build a network of talented
people with industry experience and you connect them with great companies
in need of temporary help.”
A 1989 graduate
of East Tennessee State University with a degree in engineering technology,
Kilgore worked at IDI Staffing in Nashville, PDS Technical Services,
and Johnson Service Group in Atlanta before opening JEZ Staffing.

my expertise and years of experience, staying focused on superb local
service and understanding client and employee needs, I know I can
make a difference in this industry,” said Kilgore.
Kilgore is married
with three children, Jace, Elle and Zeke, who inspired the name JEZ
Staffing. He is also a member of the Atlanta Association of Information
Technology Professionals, the Atlanta.net User Group and TechLINKS.
