MicroTech was established in 1985 by Joseph Donahue. In 2004,
its traditional staffing company model evolved to include the
Business Owner Program, which provides opportunities for experienced,
self-motivated, staffing professionals looking to open their
own businesses.
Through
the MicroTech Business Owner Program, 15 entrepreneurially
minded staffing-industry veterans have chosen to fulfill their
lifelong dreams by opening their own businesses in East Coast
locations from New England to Florida.
Our Business
Owner Program provides extensive training and support and is
ideally suited for the person who wants to be an entrepreneur,
but requires the financial and operations support provided by
a long-term, successful organization. At MicroTech, we provide
the funding and the security you need to turn your dream into
a reality. Our proven program has helped staffing professionals
open businesses in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina,
New York, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and multiple locations
throughout the Greater Boston area.
These professionals,
with staffing experience in areas including IT, accounting,
finance, administration, engineering, light industrial and life
sciences, now enjoy the freedom of being their own bosses, and
the self-satisfaction and financial independence that comes
with it
Experienced
staffing professionals are also in the process of taking the
